We stand behind the work we install. Here is what each service carries.
Workmanship warranties
Coverage by service
- Epoxy floors (flake, metallic and exterior flake): 10-year workmanship warranty.
- LVP installation: 5-year workmanship warranty.
- Concrete sealing (clear seal and stain + seal): 1-year workmanship warranty.
- Commercial, shop and hardwood projects: warranty terms are written into your quote.
What a workmanship warranty means
A workmanship warranty covers how the floor was installed: the prep, the application and the installation itself. If a problem comes from our work during the warranty period, we will make it right.
Product materials can also carry their own manufacturer warranties. Those are separate from ours, and we will tell you what applies to your project.
Making a claim
Call or text (916) 581-8297 or email info@concretekingscoatings.com with your address, install date and a few photos of the issue. We will review it and follow up with next steps.
The full terms, including exclusions such as impact damage, standing water, chemical spills not cleaned up, and normal wear, are included with your written quote.
