A 2,550 sq ft metal shop coated with Orbit Blend flake and a double topcoat, built for vehicles, tools and fluid spills.
This Lincoln property had a steep driveway, a pool deck and decorative stamped concrete throughout. All of it was weathered and needed to be cleaned up and protected for the long term.
Tire marks and built-up surface wear were cleaned off before any sealer went down. The pool deck and the steep sections of the driveway got a grip additive in the sealer, because on a grade like this and next to a pool, wet concrete without texture is a slip hazard. The additive adds traction without changing the look.
The sealed concrete is protected from oil, water and UV, and the stamped texture still shows through clean and crisp.
