How accurate is the online price range?

It uses our current per-square-foot rates for the service and floor condition you pick. It is an estimate, not a quote. Your exact quote follows by text or email once we review your details and photos.

Do you need to come out to price my floor?

No. Most projects can be priced from the size, the floor condition and a few photos you text or upload. No home visit needed.

Is there a minimum project size?

Yes. Most projects start at $1,500, and concrete sealing projects start at $800. Smaller areas can often be added to a larger job.

What warranty do you offer?

Workmanship warranties are 10 years on epoxy floors, 5 years on LVP installation and 1 year on concrete sealing.

Do you offer payment options?

Flexible payment options on larger and commercial projects — just ask.

What areas do you serve?

We work across the Sacramento region, including Sacramento, Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Cameron Park, Diamond Springs, Auburn, Elk Grove, Davis, Rancho Cordova, Granite Bay, Fair Oaks, Gold River, Wheatland, Citrus Heights.

How do I send photos?

Text them to (916) 581-8297 with your name, or attach them when you reply to our quote email.

What is the difference between flake and metallic epoxy?

Flake floors are textured and forgiving, and they hide dust and wear. Metallic floors are smooth, glossy and custom, and they cost more because each one is hand-worked.

Can you coat over an existing coating or paint?

No. Old coatings and paint are ground off first so the new system bonds to bare concrete. Choose “remove existing” in the estimator for that range.

Do you do exterior coatings?

Yes. Patios, porches and walkways get an exterior flake system with a UV-stable topcoat. We also seal driveways, patios and pool decks.

Do you install LVP and hardwood too?

Yes. We are a specialized flooring company: coatings, sealing, LVP, laminate and hardwood.

How much does a flake epoxy garage floor cost?

Will an exterior coating get too hot to walk on?

Any surface in full sun gets warm. Lighter flake blends absorb less heat than dark ones, so we usually recommend lighter blends outdoors. More about exterior flake →

How much does metallic epoxy cost?

Metallic floors run $10 to $13 per square foot. A 2-car garage of about 450 sq ft is roughly $4,500–$5,850, depending on design and prep. More about metallic epoxy →

How often should concrete be resealed?

Exterior concrete in the Sacramento sun usually benefits from resealing every few years. Heavier traffic and full sun shorten that. More about concrete sealing →

How much does LVP cost installed?

Most of our LVP and laminate jobs land between $7.50 and $10.00 per square foot installed, depending on the plank and how much subfloor prep is needed. More about lvp & laminate →

Solid or engineered hardwood?

Engineered hardwood is more stable over concrete slabs and through temperature swings. Solid hardwood can be refinished more times. We will recommend the right one for your rooms. More about hardwood flooring →
