Floors are all we do
Concrete Kings Coatings started with garage floors: turning bare, stained concrete into clean, durable floors that look finished. That is still the core of the business, but the work has grown with our customers into exterior coatings, concrete sealing, commercial and shop floors, and LVP and hardwood installation.
Today our projects range from a single new-build garage to a 2,550 sq ft metal shop, a 3,000 sq ft warehouse office, about 10,000 sq ft of driveway and pool-deck sealing, and roughly 8,500 sq ft of commercial LVP in a school and childcare facility.
We are not a general contractor that also does floors. Because flooring is the only thing we do, we can tell you plainly which system fits your space and what prep it needs, and we recommend the right system instead of a one-size-fits-all package.

Prep done properly
Coatings fail when prep is skipped. Every coated floor is mechanically ground (not acid-etched), cracks and pits are repaired, and old coatings are removed down to bare concrete before anything goes down.
Workmanship warranty in writing
10 years on epoxy floors, 5 years on LVP installation and 1 year on concrete sealing. If a problem comes from our installation, we will make it right. Warranty details
