New homes usually come with a bare concrete garage floor. It looks clean at first, but tire marks, oil drips and moisture start working on it almost immediately.
This Sacramento homeowner got ahead of it. We coated the garage right after move-in: the slab was prepped and primed, then Glacier Blend flake went down wall to wall and was locked in with a clear topcoat.
Glacier is a cool-toned mix of charcoal, black and white flake. It looks polished without being flashy, and it holds up to hot tires, chemicals and daily use.
